I.The goal ofcultivatinginternational students
Oriented towardscareercompetenceanddemandfor jobs,thecollegeis aimedat cultivating students’job skills andprofessional competence,nurturinguniquecharacteristicssuch asinternationalization, skillupgradingand professionalism.It works to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who understand traditional Chinese culture and historyof humanity,ensure that talents can achieve all-round development in terms of their moral, intellectual and fitness level as well as in their appreciation of aesthetics and acquiring of labor skills,and adapt to the needs of economic and social developmentof their country of origin.
II.Requirements for thecultivationof international students
Graduates should meet the following requirements in terms ofcaliber, knowledge andcompetence.
(1)Caliber
1. Abide bylaw anddiscipline,practice virtuesand kindness, be honest andtrust-worthy,respectlife, lovework,conform tocodes ofethics andconduct, have a sense of social responsibility andcivic engagement.
2. Havea sense of awareness forquality, environmentalprotection andsafety, information literacy, and innovative thinking.
3.Boldly engage in endeavors,beoptimistic,haveself-managementskills and a sense ofawarenessforcareer planning and teamspirit.
4.Be in good physical and mental health, have a soundpersonality, masterbasicsports knowledge and 1-2 sports skills,buildgoodfitness and hygiene habits,developgood behaviorandhabits.
5.Haveacertainappreciation foraestheticsand humanities, anddevelopat least one artistic speciality or hobby.
(2) Knowledge
1. Master the necessary basic knowledge of science and culture.
2. Understand the basicknowledge ofnational conditions and culture of China, haveacertainlevel ofChineselanguage competence such aslistening, speaking, reading and writing, andbear in mind that it is obligatory topass the HSK4 test before thecompletionof the study.
3.Be familiar with laws and regulations,as well as knowledge ofenvironmental protectionandfire safety relatedwiththemajor.
4. Master the basic knowledge, professional knowledge and professional skillsofthe major, and obtain the credits specified in the talentcultivationplan (including graduationprojectandintern program forgraduates).
5. Understand the latest developments and cutting-edge technologies in the professional field.
(3)Competence
1. Have basic Chinese languageskills for oral andwritten expression and communication.
2. PossessITapplication and maintenance capabilitiesnecessaryfor themajor.
3. Have the ability toconductplanning, designingand implementingin the professional field.
4. It is recommended that international students obtain professional-related vocational qualification certificatesthrough study and training.
